There's so much happening right now—to our rights, our freedoms, our community—and it's hard to just keep moving forward like everything's normal. But I also know I have to show up in my own life, in my work, in my relationships.

What I keep coming back to is this: I have a platform. And I want to use it for more than just entertainment. I want to use it to educate, to amplify voices doing real work, and to create space where people like us can actually think together about what's happening and what we can do.

That's why I'm hosting Think and Drink on Thursday, July ninth at seven PM at the Nashville City Club. It's an intimate gathering with Harold Love, and Tequila Johnson, people who are actively engaged in this fight. We'll spend the first part just connecting, and then we'll dive into a real conversation about why this moment matters and what we need to be doing.
